What would the Ministry of the Apostle Paul have been if it was not accompanied by Signs and Wonders? At the very least, it would not have had the full impact. It would not have been the gospel fully preached.

Luke put it this way in Acts 14:3:

But the apostles stayed there a long time, preaching boldly about the grace of the Lord. And the Lord proved their message was true by giving them power to do miraculous signs and wonders.

Signs and wonders were a demonstration of God’s power. The good news is that it didn’t end with the Apostles. Miracles (or signs and wonders) are just as available today as it was in the first century. Why? Because Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever (Heb. 13:7) and he healed everyone, everywhere he went.

It starts by being filled with the Holy Spirit. (Timothy 1:14) Through the power of the Holy Spirit who lives within us, who carefully guards the precious truth that has been entrusted to you.

The Apostle Paul walked with the power of the Holy Spirit for he talks about the importance of the Holy Spirit in (1 Corinthians 2:4) where he said… ‘My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, 5 so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power.’ It is the Holy Spirit in you that activates faith. When you activate faith, it releases power.

We all need more faith especially when you are in a storm that never seems to end. If this is you, believe that God loves you and wants to see you well. This is exactly why he sent His one and only son to earth… to set people free.

So, activate your faith. Faith in Christ was not meant to sit on a shelf where it gathers dust, it needs to be brought to life. Start by reading the word of God which is ‘sharper than a double-edged sword.’ Then pray for more faith.

If you have been struggling with your faith, is it perhaps because you don’t know your true identity? So many who come to the Healing Rooms have believed the lies of the enemy who comes to kill, steal and destroy. It says in (1 Peter 5:8) Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.’

The enemy starts by casting doubt about you or your circumstances, and that leads to discouragement and anxiety, and these in turn lead to all sorts of illnesses. If this is you, we would encourage you to come to the Healing Rooms where we will discern and pray off anything that is causing you to not feel fully healed and at peace with yourself.

This article covers a lot of topics which will be expanded on in future articles. For now lets walk together and watch the Holy Spirit activate your faith so you will experience signs and wonders and with the working of HIS mighty power that He used to raise Christ from the dead. Eph 1:20
